Team Registration (Golf Genius)
Once a tee time is secured, you must register your team via golf genius.
- Deadline: Friday @ 11:59 PM (2 days prior to event).
- Pro-Am Entry Fees: Pros $50 | Amateurs $75. Cart fees are included for specific events; please verify details with your club Professional.
- Incomplete Teams: Enter “TBD” for names and “999” for GHIN to meet the deadline.
- To Edit Your Team: Select “New Registration” >Enter Last Name/PGA# > Click “Your Registration” to update details.
Cancellations & Penalties
- Responsibility: Professionals are 100% responsible for managing and canceling their own tee times online.
- Tee Time Cancellation: Deadline Wednesday @ 11:59 PM (prior to event)
- Team Registration: Deadline Friday @ 11:59 PM (prior to event)
- 1st & 2nd Violations: Results in a formal written warning from the IEPGA Board of Directors.
- 3rd+ Violation: Results in a $100 fine and potential forfeiture of priority tee times or suspension.
- Team Registration Failure: Missing the Friday Golf Genius deadline results in loss of participation points and potential fines.
